Experiences can be gained in a voluntary capacity such as a counselling volunteer, working in a mental health care facility, or on an outreach program sponsored by a local authority or government initiative.
Advanced experiences would include supporting Social and Emotional Mental Health needs in a school or Alternative Provision, either as a Key Worker, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor or Well-being Support Officer.
